These course materials are intended to be informative of strategies and ideas that have been implemented and helpful for speech-language pathologists working in the school setting.  

The person, known as the STUDENT, enrolled in the course should be a licensed clinical professional working in the school setting. Clinical professional includes: speech-language pathologist, occupational therapist (if applicable), and physical therapist (if applicable).

The STUDENT agrees to use their ethical clinical judgement in gaining approval to implement the strategies, as needed.  Implementing the strategies in the course is optional and is not being promoted as required, or pre-authorized.  

The COURSE CREATOR-Speechology Learning Lab and its entities and affiliates will not be directly implementing the strategies with or in place of the STUDENT, and is not responsible for the STUDENT'S implementation and practices.  Therefore the STUDENT will not hold the COURSE CREATOR responsible for any undesirable outcomes if they occur from implementing strategies learned from this course. 

The contents of the course and interactions between the STUDENT and COURSE CREATOR are solely in a coaching capacity for the purpose of sharing helpful strategies with other clinicians.  This is not a supervisor/supervisee or administrator/administrate relationship.  

The STUDENT agrees to speak first and directly to the COURSE CREATOR of any grievances or issues, and not to distribute slanderous comments publicly.
